Accessibility Statement
We want anyone who needs a plumber to be able to reach us, whatever they use to browse.
Last updated: September 12, 2026
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of building the site, not a retrofit.
What we have done
Specific measures currently in place include:
- Semantic HTML with correctly ordered headings and real landmarks.
- A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page.
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
- Text and interface colors that meet AA contrast ratios against their backgrounds.
- Alternative text on every meaningful image.
- Forms with real labels, described errors, and inputs that never trigger zoom on small screens.
- Full keyboard operation, including the request form and its accordion sections.
- Reduced-motion support that disables animation when your system asks for it.
Known limitations
The embedded map on our area pages is provided by Google and we do not control its accessibility. All information the map conveys — county, ZIP codes and the areas we cover — is also available as text on the same page.
Tell us when something does not work
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, email service@sanantonioproplumbing.com with the page and what happened. We treat accessibility reports as bugs and will also arrange your service request directly by email so that nothing is blocked while we fix it.
