What we collect

We collect only what you type into a service request form on this site, plus a small amount of technical information sent automatically by your browser.

• Contact details: your name, phone number and, if you provide it, your email address.
• Job details: the property address or area, property type, approximate year built, a description of the problem, and any photos or files you attach.
• Technical details: your IP address, browser user agent, the page you submitted from, and the marketing source that brought you here.

How we use it

Your request is used to arrange plumbing service at your property and nothing else. We share it with the licensed plumbing contractor assigned to your job, because they cannot do the work without it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Contact permission

By submitting a request you agree that we and the assigned contractor may contact you by phone, text message or email about that request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us on a call, and doing so will not affect work already in progress.

Storage and retention

Requests are delivered to us by email and any files you attach are stored with a cloud storage provider. We keep request records for as long as needed to service the job and to meet record-keeping obligations, then delete them.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses analytics to understand which pages people find useful and which requests come from where. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. Your browser settings can block these cookies without breaking the site.

Your rights

Texas residents may ask what personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email service@sanantonioproplumbing.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging service at a property they own or manage. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
