What this site is
San Antonio Pro Plumbing provides residential plumbing services across the Greater San Antonio area. Work is performed by licensed, insured plumbers operating under a Texas Responsible Master Plumber.
Submitting a request through this site starts a conversation. It is not a binding agreement for work, and no work begins until you have been given a price and have approved it.
Pricing information on this site
The price ranges published on service pages are indicative and provided to help you budget. They are not quotes, offers or guarantees. Your actual price depends on what is found at the property and is confirmed in writing before work starts.
Accuracy of information
The guidance on this site about local soil, water and building conditions describes general conditions in an area. It is not an assessment of any particular property and should not be relied on as one. Nothing here is a substitute for an on-site diagnosis by a licensed plumber.
Your responsibilities
When you submit a request you agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You own the property or are authorized to arrange work on it.
- You will provide safe access to the work area at the agreed time.
Emergencies
If water is actively escaping, shut off the main water valve before doing anything else. Emergency requests submitted through this site are routed as quickly as possible, but this site is not a substitute for emergency services. Call 911 for any situation involving gas, fire, electrical hazard or risk to life.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for services arranged through it. This does not limit any warranty given in writing for work actually performed, or any rights you have under Texas law that cannot be waived.
Intellectual property
The text, design and layout of this site belong to us. Photographs are licensed stock images, credited on the image credits page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
